  • 3tbspSriracha(Adjust for heat preference)

Instructions

Meatball Preparation

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, gently combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce until just incorporated.
  3. 3 Form into 20 equal-sized meatballs and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. 4 Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Glaze and Assembly

  1. 1 In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine the honey, Sriracha, and remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  2. 2 Bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. 3 Add the baked meatballs directly into the skillet and toss gently for 2 minutes to coat deeply with the glaze.
  4. 4 Remove from heat.
  5. 5 Optional: garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
