Preparation
- 1 Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully lower the eggs into the water using a slotted spoon.
- 2 Boil for exactly 6 minutes and 30 seconds for a jammy, set yolk. Immediately transfer to an ice bath for 3 minutes, then peel carefully and halve.
- 3 While eggs boil, toast the sourdough slices until golden brown and slice each piece in half.
- 4 Arrange the cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries, halved eggs, and toast in separate sections on two large breakfast plates.
- 5 Season the eggs and cottage cheese lightly with salt and pepper just before serving.
