  • 400g96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef(divided into four 100g balls)
  • 4sliceReduced Fat Cheddar Cheese(room temperature)
  • 2wholeHigh Protein Low Carb Bun(lightly toasted)

Toppings

  • ½cupIceberg Lettuce(finely shredded)
  • ½mediumTomato(thinly sliced)
  • 2sliceRed onion(shaved paper-thin)
  • 4sliceDill Pickles(sliced)

Sauce

  • 3tbspNonfat Greek Yogurt(plain)
  • 1tspTomato paste(double concentrated)
  • 1tspYellow Mustard(prepared)
  • 1tspPickle Brine(from the jar)

Instructions

Burger Sauce

  1. 1 In a small bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, tomato paste, mustard, and pickle brine until smooth.
  2. 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Patties and Assembly

  1. 1 Heat a non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat until very hot.
  2. 2 Form the beef into four 100g loose balls, place them in the pan and smash firmly with a heavy spatula into thin patties.
  3. 3 Cook for 2 minutes on the first side until deeply browned, flip, then immediately top each patty with a slice of cheese.
  4. 4 Cover the pan for 30-45 seconds to melt the cheese.
  5. 5 Toast the buns, spread sauce on the bottom bun, then layer lettuce, tomato, onion, two patties per bun, and pickles.
