- 500gChicken breast(cut into 24 even nuggets)
- ½cupPickle Juice(from a jar of dill pickles)
- 1 ½cupCornflakes(lightly crushed)
- 1tbspCornstarch(for binding)
- 250gWaffle-cut Potatoes(frozen)
- pinchSea Salt(to taste)
Sauce
- ¼cupGreek Yogurt(nonfat, plain)
- 1tbspYellow Mustard(standard prepared)
- 1tspHoney
- 1tspBarbecue Sauce(low sugar preferred)

Preparation
- 1 Place the chicken nuggets in a bowl with the pickle juice and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 2 Whisk together the greek yogurt, yellow mustard, honey and barbecue sauce in a small bowl; refrigerate until serving.
Cooking
- 1 Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2 Pat the chicken dry, toss with cornstarch, then dredge in the crushed cornflakes.
- 3 Place the frozen waffle fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer; cook for 10 minutes.
- 4 Add the nuggets in a single layer (cook in two batches if they crowd), mist with oil spray, and cook for 10 minutes, flipping once at the halfway mark, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 5 Season the fries with sea salt immediately after removing from the air fryer.
