Ingredients

  • ½bagChunky Oven Chips(frozen, estimated)
  • 2tbspLight Mayonnaise(estimated)
  • 2tbspPeri-naise(estimated)
  • 2tbspThai Sweet Chilli Sauce(estimated)
  • 1tspCarolina Reaper Sauce(or any hot sauce, estimated)
  • 1tbspDried parsley
  • 1tbspRed Chilli Flakes

Instructions

  1. 1 Deep-fry the chunky chips in hot oil until they reach a golden brown and crispy consistency.
  2. 2 Remove the chips from the oil and transfer them into a large mixing bowl.
  3. 3 Add the light mayonnaise, peri-naise, Thai sweet chilli sauce, and hot sauce directly into the bowl with the hot chips.
  4. 4 Sprinkle the dried parsley and red chilli flakes over the chips.
  5. 5 Toss the chips thoroughly until they are evenly coated in the sauce and spice mixture.
  6. 6 Serve immediately.
