- 3tbspNatural peanut butter(Divided for mixing and topping.)

Instructions

- 1 In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the almond milk, espresso powder, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter until smooth.
- 2 Divide the oats and chia seeds between two 16-ounce mason jars or airtight containers.
- 3 Pour the milk mixture evenly over the oats in both jars and stir well to ensure all chia seeds are incorporated.
- 4 Seal the jars and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Assembly
- 1 In the morning, remove the jars from the refrigerator.
- 2 Top each portion with the remaining peanut butter and fresh banana slices.
- 3 Finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt before serving.
