Instructions

Preparation

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
  2. 2 In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  3. 3 Arrange the salmon fillets in a rectangular baking dish, placing the broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes in the gaps between the fish.

Bake

  1. 1 Top each salmon fillet with ginger matchsticks and a lemon slice.
  2. 2 Drizzle the honey-soy glaze evenly over the salmon and vegetables.
  3. 3 Bake for 18 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and the glaze has thickened and caramelized.
  4. 4 Remove from the oven, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, sliced scallions, and fresh red chili.
  5. 5 Serve immediately over warm steamed rice.
