Ingredients
- 25pieceLarge raw shrimp(peeled and deveined, tails left on)
- 5tbspGarlic butter(compound butter with herbs, estimated)
- 1largeLemon(sliced into thin rounds)
- ½cupWhite wine(estimated)
- 1tspSalt(estimated)
- 1tspBlack pepper(estimated)
- 1tspChili Flakes(estimated)
- Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
- Crusty bread(to serve)
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2 Arrange the raw shrimp in a large, oval baking dish in two rows along the sides, leaving a space down the center.
- 3 Place a small dollop of garlic butter on top of each individual shrimp.
- 4 Place the thin lemon slices in the center gap between the two rows of shrimp.
- 5 Pour the white wine into the bottom of the dish.
- 6 Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and chili flakes evenly over the shrimp and lemon slices.
- 7 Bake for 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- 8 Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately with toasted crusty bread.
