- 130gGreek Yogurt

Icing
- 30gErythritol(Powdered)
- dropsWater Or Almond Milk(To reach desired icing consistency)

- 1 Combine flour, baking powder, whey protein, casein protein, coconut flour, erythritol, and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- 3 Mix thoroughly until a firm dough ball forms. It should be dry and not stick to your fingers.
- 4 Place the dough in the fridge to firm up, making it easier to roll.
- 5 Divide and roll the dough into 25 equal-sized balls.
- 6 Lightly spray the dough balls with oil.
- 7 Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes, ensuring they do not touch each other.
Icing
- 1 Mix powdered erythritol with small amounts of water or almond milk until a smooth icing consistency is reached.
- 2 Dump the warm donut holes into the icing and toss to coat thoroughly.
- 3 Plate and allow to cool for a few minutes so the glaze hardens.
